Pearson Edexcel IGCSE Program


Edexcel IGCSEs curriculum is recognized internationally and assessed through standardized examination, which weaves in naturally with our Canadian OSSD programs towards the final year of the High School program.The students, who have completed the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE examinations after their Year 10 can enter the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) Grade 12, if the grade requirements of the program are met.

Pearson IGCSE Courses

The following are the 5 core Pearson Edexcel IGCSE subjects, that are currently available at KBTC Canadian High School:

  • English Language B

  • Physics

  • Chemistry

  • Pure Mathematics

  • Mathematics B

Apart from the core subjects, we also offer additional subjects, which are optional for students to choose:

  • Computer Science

  • Biology

  • Human Biology

  • Economics

  • Business Studies

  • Accounting

Towards the end of the IGCSE program, students take the standard IGCSE examination.

  • Pearson IGCSE ​

  • Duration – 14 to 18 months​

  • Timetable – 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Monday to Friday)​
                      – Closed (Saturday to Sunday) ​
